At Smooth Scent Studio, each candle is carefully crafted and thoughtfully packaged to ensure it arrives in perfect condition. Please review our shipping policy below before placing your order.

Order Processing

All orders are processed within 2–4 business days, excluding weekends and U.S. public holidays. Orders placed after 5:00 PM CST will be processed on the next business day.

Processing times may be extended during high-volume periods, seasonal launches, or promotions. Any significant delays will be communicated via email.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Timeframes

Shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout.

Estimated delivery times (after processing):

Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days

Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days (if available)

We ship using reputable U.S. carriers such as USPS, UPS, and FedEx, selected based on your location and shipping method.

Shipping Destinations

At this time, Smooth Scent Studio ships within the United States only.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking information. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear.

Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. Smooth Scent Studio is not liable for delays, losses, or misdeliveries resulting from incorrect or incomplete address information.

Orders returned to us due to address issues may require additional shipping fees to be resent.

Damaged Items & Shipping Issues

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include clear photos of:

• The damaged item(s)

• The exterior packaging

• The shipping label

After review, we will determine the appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement.

Smooth Scent Studio is not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier but reported as missing. In such cases, customers are encouraged to contact the carrier directly to file a claim.
